THE JOSEPH FACTOR

The 'Joseph factor' in leadership kicks in when you delegate responsibility to a person blessed by God.

Potiphar trusted Joseph with the management of all he had.

Potiphar prospered.

Pharaoh trusted Joseph with the management of Egypt.

Egypt became the leading world power.

If a leader can cope with others bringing more blessing into the organisation than they do, they will succeed way beyond their own ability.

Identify people who are blessed.

Identify people who achieve high profits.

Identify those who achieve your goals.

Select on these criteria, not emotional blackmail, political correctness, traditions, or any other negative.

Position them so what they have gets onto others.

TROUBLE

The pathway to achievement is never without trouble.

Often, the level of opposition determines the value of a mission.

Accept trouble on the pathway as the norm.

You may fail and make a mistake.

It's all part of the journey.

The worst moments can become your greatest days.

You'll emerge on the other side wiser and stronger.

Don't be bothered with people's bad opinions.

Time will pass and when you're still standing, even your enemies will speak well of you.

LIFE

Quote - 'He who believes in Me, as the scripture has said, out of his heart will flow rivers of living water.' - John 7:38

A basic law of life is this - what lives, grows.

Churches that are dead do not grow.

Dead products go nowhere.

Recognise what's dead and bury it.

Don't allow politics, loyalties, or sentiments hijack your resources in an attempt to keep a dead thing alive.

If the horse is dead dismount!

People are attracted to life!

Create life all around you.

Be bright and love living.

People want this more than money.

If it's alive, it will grow. Basic!

PASSION EXTRA

Leaders doing just the necessary things never become great leaders.

Passion keeps you going when everyone else is gone.

If we're watching the clock, waiting for the weekends, groaning on Monday, our passion has evaporated.

That's not living. That's existing.

Revive your hot buttons and work from them.

People living outside their passion slowly die.
